Le'hager Consulting unveiled Le'Creatives, a revolutionary skills development program to empower youth with the skills they require to thrive in the current marketplace.
Le'Creatives focuses on a holistic personal and professional development, with training in key areas of digital competence, entrepreneurial and financial education, green skills, emotional intelligence, leadership, and language competency.
The programme consists of several tailored learning packages, such as:
Smart Start: Computer skills at basic level
Design & Speak Up: Graphic design skills and public speaking skills
Code & Create: Underlying coding and digital marketing
Meet AI: AI introduction, ethical reasoning, and resource management
Digital Entrepreneurs: Pitching for startup, building a portfolio, and entrepreneurship basics
The program aims to create a new breed of innovative, confident, and socially conscious leaders capable of spearheading sustainable development by leveraging creativity and technology.
Le'Creatives' first program will officially kick off in July 2025 at Kotebe 02, Addis Ababa. Application is now open for those who are interested.
