Lehager Consulting is proud to have supported Keabrak Charitable Organization (KCHO) through the development of a Gender Transformative MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) Guideline and a comprehensive capacity-building training for its board, staff, and volunteers.
Over the course of the training:
✅ Participants deepened their understanding of gender-transformative MEAL concepts.
✅ Practical sessions strengthened their skills in setting gender-sensitive indicators, analyzing disaggregated data, and improving accountability mechanisms.
✅ Pre- and post-assessment results showed a remarkable 70% improvement from 45% in participants’ understanding of key Gender transformative MEAL concepts.
The initiative fostered collaboration across all levels of the organization, establishing a foundation for continuous, gender-responsive programming.
